Depawsit, Inc. is a Delaware corporation ("Depawsit," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website at depawsit.com and provide a free pet care cost estimator tool and early-access waitlist.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Depawsit website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.

3. Description of the Service

The Service currently consists of:

• Pet Care Readiness Check: A free tool that estimates pet care costs based on inputs you provide (pet type, breed, age, weight, ZIP code, care preferences). No account is required.
• Waitlist: A form to submit your email and join the early access list for future product features.
• Informational pages: Blog-style content, resources, and company information.

Depawsit does not currently offer bank accounts, payment cards, savings accounts, insurance, or any financial product. We do not hold, manage, or invest user funds.

4. No Financial, Veterinary, or Insurance Advice

All cost estimates produced by the Pet Care Readiness Check are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not financial advice, veterinary advice, insurance recommendations, or guarantees of actual costs. Actual pet care costs may vary significantly. Always consult qualified professionals for financial, veterinary, and insurance decisions.

5. Waitlist and Email Communications

By submitting your email to join the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Depawsit, including product updates and early access notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at hello@depawsit.com.

We will not sell your email address or share it with third-party marketers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information through any form on the site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

The Depawsit website, logo, cost estimator, and all original content are owned by Depawsit, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Cost estimates are approximations based on publicly available data and are not guaranteed to reflect actual costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Depawsit, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Depawsit, Inc.'s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Depawsit, Inc. for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify waitlist members by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
